Vilniaus Vandenys is a closed joint-stock company. The authorised capital of the Company is about 323 mill. LTL. The shareholders of the Company are: Vilnius City Municipality (95% of shares), Vilnius (1.11 %), Šalčininkai (1.73%), Švenčionys (2.16%) district municipalities. The management system of the Company includes the General Meeting of Shareholders, the Supervisory Council, the Management Board and a Director General. The Company’s shareholders – city and district municipalities – take a direct participation in the Company’s management by delegating their representatives to the General Meeting of Shareholders, the Supervisory Council and the Management Board.
