According to the Company’s ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION, the Company’s governing bodies are the General Meeting of Shareholders, the Board of Directors, a collegiate governing body, and the CEO, a single-person governing body.
The General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company is the supreme governing body of the Company, which is composed of representatives delegated by the municipalities of Vilnius City (93.74% of the shareholding as at 31 December 2021), Vilnius District (2.81%), Švenčionys District (1.97%) and Šalčininkai District (1.48%).
The General Meeting of Shareholders has the exclusive right to elect and remove members of its subsidiary body.
