* For customers without installed metering devices the amount of consumed drinking water and wastewater is calculated on the basis of the average amount of drinking water consumed in the municipality. According to the procedure established by legal acts, this amount is recalculated on a yearly basis. Currently, the average amount of drinking water per capita consumed in the territory serviced by “Vilniaus vandenys” is 2.44 m³.
When water is used for irrigation and is measured by a separate metering device, the wastewater management fee is not charged for such water.

How to pay for the services?
Customers should pay only the amount which is indicated in the received payment notification for the services provided during the previous month and for the declared readings of the current month’s drinking (cold) water meters.
This means that you don’t have to make any calculations and should always pay only the amount which is indicated in the received payment notification and declare the current month’s readings of meters. The readings of meters should be declared only in integers (without decimals). We will issue the payment notification according to such readings until 10th (tenth) next month.
We recommend paying the received payment notification and declaring the current month’s readings of meters at the same time – during the last week of the month.
