Drinking water supply and wastewater management contracts are concluded upon acquisition, inheritance or lease of real estate.

The drinking water supply and wastewater management contract consists of two parts:

  1. General terms and conditions of the contract.
  2. Special terms and conditions of the contract.

Special terms and conditions of the contract are signed with each business client individually. The Special terms and conditions of the contract are signed individually with the owner or tenant of the residential premises, if the rental agreement is registered in the Centre of Registers. When there are several co-owners, the contract is concluded with one of the co-owners, they must agree among themselves on whose behalf the service contract will be concluded.

Drinking water supply and wastewater management contract (Special terms and conditions) is prepared by sending the necessary data and documents (scanned/photographed) by e-mail info@vv.lt. Where this is not possible — by mail or by submitting them at the nearest Customer Service Department.

In order to conclude a drinking water supply and wastewater management contract , please provide the following data and documents:

For residents

The owner’s personal and contact details: name, surname, personal code/ date of birth, address of the residential premises you are applying for, mobile phone number, e-mail address

A copy of the document confirming the right of ownership to the apartment /house

A copy of the rental agreement of residential premises registered in the Centre of Registers (if there is a contract concluded with the tenant of the residential premises)

A certificate from the elderate on the persons who have declared their place of residence in the residential premises*

The act of aligning the readings of drinking water metering devices (water meters) (signed by the seller (former owner) and the buyer of the residential premises). ACT OF ALIGNING OF READINGS OF ACCOUNTING DEVICES

* It is not necessary to go to the municipality for the certificate of the elderate, the certificate of the elderate may be obtained by e-mail (by filling out the application form on the website of the municipality). If the residential premises are equipped with a drinking water metering device (meter), a certificate is not necessary, it is sufficient to indicate the number of persons who declared the place of residence in the apartment/ house.

With the owners of the NEW APARTMENT BUILDINGS, drinking water supply and sewerage management contracts are concluded only when the house developer transfers the operation of shared use outdoor water supply and sewerage networks to Vilnius City Municipality and the house administrator agrees upon the water supply and sewerage network operation boundary plan with us; for this, contact the house developer.

To ensure adequate protection of personal data, “Vilniaus Vandenys” provides all information that contains personal data only to customers who have signed contracts with the company. If you want information to be provided to other persons, such as a spouse, relative, tenant or other person, you must fill out the Customer consent to disclose personal data to the contact person form and submit it by email to info@vv.lt or fill it out upon arrival at any Customer Service Department. For business clients

APPLICATION FOR THE CONCLUSION OF A CONTRACT

A copy of the contract for renting or using the building (premises)

A document confirming authorization of the director of the company

The act of alignment of the readings of drinking water metering devices (water meters) (signed by the seller (former owner) of the premises and the current owner). ACT OF ALIGNING OF READINGS OF ACCOUNTING DEVICES          

The prepared contract for signing will be sent to you to the e-mail address indicated, if not provided — by mail, or you can sign it upon arrival at the Customer Service Department. When arriving to the Customer Service Department to sign and pick up the contract, it is necessary to have an ID.

You can return a remotely signed contract to “Vilniaus Vandenys” by e-mail info@vv.lt or by sending it by mail (address Spaudos g. 8-1, Vilnius).

A copy of the technical passport of the vehicle specified in the summary

Document/Agreement (copy thereof) justifying your company’s right to operate the vehicle specified in the Summary if it is not owned by your company but is used on another basis (e.g., leased)

Copy of self-employment certificate if the client is a natural person

An extract from the database of the Register of Waste Management Companies of the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Lithuania about registration therein.
